I am currently recruiting on behalf of a UK wide client who are expanding their team in the greater London region and are therefore looking for a Business Development Executive to join them as soon as possible on a full time, permanent role. The role is performed remotely, and all relevant equipment is provided to enable you to perform your role to the best of your abilities.The purpose of the role is to identify new business opportunities within the structural insurance warranty market, and securing projects through strong customer relationships. As a brand ambassador, for the business, you will consistently promote our company values and ethos.Responsibilities: Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets engaging with developers, builders, self builds, architects, engineers, local authorities and solicitors.Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with clients and prospective clients in you assigned area of work.Issuing of timely quotations to clients, and appropriate follow up service.Liaising with potential clients to attend sales meetings and closing deals.Ensuring relationships with existing customers are maintained in person and via telephone calls and emails.Working closely with the administration team, client management team and building surveyors to ensure that communication and business continuity is maintained.Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.Identifying potential business leads and carrying out follow up calls/emails.Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.Keeping abreast of all our competitors and their products, pricing and engagement throughout the region.Accurate recording of quotes and sales information on the correct systems.
