You will work with an existing portfolio of customers while also generating your own client pipeline. Your role will involve understanding organisational and utility needs and advising clients on the best solutions while ensuring compliance with quality and market standards. Your Mission Your key responsibilities include engaging with UK business clients through outbound calls, effectively questioning prospects to establish needs and provide solutions using our array of products and services. You will maintain exceptional organisation skills to manage client interactions and tasks efficiently. By developing a consultative approach, you will become an expert in the industry, advising, guiding, and consulting clients on suitable solutions. Cultivating progressive relationships with clients, from initial implementation through to ongoing contract maintenance, will be a crucial part of your role. Achieving monthly revenue and KPI targets is essential to contribute to the company's growth. Effectively managing the client pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive engagement, and negotiating with suppliers to secure favourable terms for clients and the company. Staying updated on water and waste markets and contributing factors will enable you to provide informed advice and strategies. Key Competencies Proven experience in a business consulting or sales role, with a track record of achieving targets. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone. Exceptional organisation and time management skills. Consultative approach to sales, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. Persuasion and negotiation skills to build rapport and secure favourable outcomes. Ability to achieve monthly revenue and KPI targets. Proficiency in managing client pipelines and effectively prioritising tasks. Knowledge of the water and waste sectors, including market dynamics and trends, is preferable but not essential.
