We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Southwark to assist with the appointment of an Administration Officer, on a 3- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £16.15 - £20.61 per hour Responsibilities: Management of the telephone service including front facing service of the court, and provide a consistent and professional high level of customer service at all times. case management for death referrals. interrogating IT systems to update and retrieve information; managing the jury during jury inquests as jury bailiff; operating court audio conferencing equipment; court diary management; processing information requests & press enquiries; Qualifications: Excellent Customer service skills; communication skills, oral and written; Good listening skills; good organisational skills; and a flexible team player Good IT skills, and familiar with MS Teams Standard GCSEs, i.e. English Maths, etc. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
