Line Leaders Wanted In Minworth Logistics People are looking for Line Leaders to join our team. Location : Minworth, Integrated Packing Services (IPS) Working Hours: * Monday : Friday 05:30 :14:00Shifts Available Pay rate: A GBP 12.64 : A GBP 13.34 P/hr Position : Line Leader As a Line Leader for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to: * Operate packing machinery and production lines.* Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards* Effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets.* Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI).* Effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure the plan is met on an hourly/daily basis.* Adhere to and promote best practices in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations.* Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.* Any other reasonable tasks, as per the Shift Managers request* Experience working on a production line or in a similar role* Organizational and leadership abilities.* Problem:solving skills* Attention to detail* Previous experience working as a Production Line Leader in a food or FMCG environment is desirable but not essential.
