Roles and Responsibilities: * Providing health advice and health education programs * Undertaking developmental assessments of babies and children * Helping people come to terms with issues such as postnatal depression * Establishing and addressing key health needs * Referring to and liaising with other relevant organizations * Assessing parenting skills and childrens home situations, and offering parents any further support that may be needed * Working with other professionals such as social workers, GPs, and school nurses Skills: * Capable of coordinating health promotion initiatives aligned with health improvement targets * Recent health visiting experience, including working with targeted and safeguarding families * Experienced in working collaboratively within multi:disciplinary teams, managing workloads, and assessing needs Experience: Must be a Registered Nurse and Health Visitor with current NMC registration Apply today Send your CV and cover letter to Bilal Shaikh from the nursing division at Atlantis Medical.
