This role is fully flexible allowing you to work around any commitments. promoting a healthy work life balance.SHIFTS: Available Monday to SundaySHIFT PATTERNS: Earlies: 0730-1500 Lates: 1230-2030 Long Days: 0730-2030 Nights: 2000-0800 Twilights: 1600-0000SPECIALISMS: Acute Adult Mental Health, Learning Difficulties The Role: Monitor and record patients' physical and emotional well-being. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.Ensure the safety of patients by observing them and implementing safety protocols.Respond to emergencies and assist in crisis intervention. The Person 12 months minimum experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a residential or inpatient setting.Excellent Communication SkillsInternational applicants are unfortunately unable to be considered.
