We are looking for hard working reliable candidates to join our team of loading bay operatives for our contract in Sherburn in Elmet., no experience is necessary as full training will be given for the role. Once established in the role, we offer further training opportunities with routes to becoming a Shunter or HGV driver, all fully funded while being paid for your role. You bring the commitment, and we will provide the training. Pay, benefits and more. Shifts are on a rotational basis: Monday to Friday 04:45 to 13:15 12:45 to 21:15 20:45 to 05:15 Pay Rates: GBP 23,794.80 P/Y 18:00 to 06:00 : additional GBP 2.73 P/H Overtime rate : Days GBP 12.10 Nights GBP 14.83 Weekends are optional overtime and infrequent. Saturday : Days GBP 17.16 Nights GBP 19.89 Sunday : Days GBP 22.88 Nights GBP 25.61 What you'll do on a typical day: :You will be working an alternating shift pattern over a 3:week period.:You will be loading trailers and securing goods safely.:Full training will be given.:You will always work in a safe manner.What you need to succeed at XPO: :Must be flexible in working hours.:No experience needed; full training will be given.Be part of something big.
