Logistics done differently. Here at XPO Logistics, we're currently recruiting for a Central FP and A to join our team in Crick.You'll focus and support our accounts for our central functions. You'll also support the other finance leads across the business ensuring that we've got accurate budgets and forecasts. XPO in the UK is a GBP 700million t/o business with contracts providing transport and warehousing solutions to many household brands and businesses across the UK. What you'll do on a typical day: : Partner with our key SG and A departments providing insight and analysis to functions such as HR, Sales, Projects, QSHE, Procurement and Finance. : Up and down stream control of SG and A P and Ls providing local support to the UK and I business but also control the reporting up the Matrix structure for key departments. : Full nominal control and ownership of SG and A cost lines across the business. : Develop a strong cohesion between the FSSC, Payroll, Procurement, Projects and Operational Finance managers : Weekly Flash, Budget and Forecast responsibilities for all XPO UK and I entities : To support continuous improvements of financial process : Responsible for "cause and effect" analysis : liaising with operational managers to reduce cost What you need to succeed at XPO: : High:level Financial awareness; attention to detail; strong communication skills; intermediate Excel and SAP skills: Qualified / Part qualified ACCA : CIMA or equivalent: A team player: Previous experience in a senior financial role Be part of something big.
