Job Details: Salary Range: GBP 89,797: GBP 100,819 per annum Work Location:Elizabeth II Court, Winchester (Hybrid Working) Hours per week: 37 Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date:14 July 2024 Interview Date:w/c 29 July 2024 The Role: Are you an outstanding leader?We are appointing to a new leadership role which will shape Hampshire County Councils future strategic approach to organisational resilience.A member of the Deputy Directors People and Organisations senior team, this critical role will develop our organisational resilience through strengthening assurance, compliance, and enforcement of our Health and Safety, Emergency Planning and Resilience, Information Governance and Risk Management policies, procedures and controls. HampshireCounty Council is a diverse organisation, which provides a range of different services to the residents of Hampshire, and you will provide the skills, relevant experience, and capacity we need to establish, drive and embed a renewed resilience culture across the organisation. In particular, the Head of Organisational Resilience will support the Deputy Director to ensure that we are meeting our statutory and legislative responsibilities and contributing to the delivery of the strategic priorities that underpin our organisations vision of Serving the People of Hampshire with purpose and pride to improve lives today and for tomorrow.
