Your Role as a Teaching Assistant: * Support teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary school students. * Assist in planning and implementing age:appropriate activities that enhance learning and development. * Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring that all students feel supported and valued. * Provide individual or small group support to students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). * Assist with classroom administration, lesson preparation, and interventions.
