Daily tasks include creating cutting-edge designs, risk assessments, site visits, mentoring future engineers, and managing their London client base/projects. To qualify: You should be a Senior Temporary Works Engineer / Experience Temporary Works Engineer / Temporary Works Solution Engineer / Temporary Works Planning Engineer or similar with a CV that demonstrates: Experience in engineering a range of temporary works solutions. A HNC, Bachelors, or Masters degree in a Civil Engineering subject. Membership in ICE or IStructE (working towards chartered status). A comprehensive understanding of temporary works design solutions and fundamental engineering principles; familiar with FEA software packages. The ability to value engineer and understand the economic impact on client costs. You can work independently and have excellent time management skills. A strong ability to visualise and clearly communicate solutions. You are confident and professional in team and client interactions. You are capable of managing projects from inception to completion, including preparing quotes, writing design briefs, and setting goals. Experience in developing and managing an office client base, mentoring graduate engineers, and overseeing staff performance.
