Leading infrastructure, transport and real estate investor is looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their Manchester office.Leading infrastructure, transport and real estate investor is looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their Manchester office.Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting In House Corporate Commercial Solicitor role in which you will gain excellent exposure to a niche, high-quality pipeline of work, likely split is 30 corporate 70 commercial but this can vary. Your day-to-day duties within this role may include: The management and delivery of corporate and banking transactionsReviewing and drafting contracts, NDAs and procurement terms and conditionsAdvising a varied client baseInstructing and managing external legal firms and Business PartnersSupporting the wider team including more junior members when necessaryWorking on Business Development Initiatives As well as this, you will be working closely with the Director of Legal and have fantastic opportunities to grow and develop the position.
