RESTAURANT MANAGER – Luxury Country Hotel in Ireland Basic: up to €80,000 per annum plus benefitsProfile: High-end / fine dining style restaurantKey ResponsibilitiesOversees and directs all aspects of the dining and private dining operationJob PurposeAs part of the Food and Beverage division and working closely with the senior hotel team, you will be responsible to meet the overall revenue and cost targets together with the Head Chef to ensure a profitable business operation. To assure a high standard of service quality, efficiencies, appearance and hospitality in staff and the organisation and cleanliness of the restaurant. Develop and implement programmes to increase sales.Candidate ProfileExperienced restaurant manager with a proven track recordPrevious experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury 5 Hotel or Rosette/Michelin establishment;At least 5 years’ experience working in F&B including management level experienceDegree or Diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism ManagementGood knowledge of food & wine;Experience in the identification and implementation of staff training and development;Financially aware;Computer literate Word, Outlook and Database knowledge;Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead & inspire a team;‘Hands on Manager’Personal QualitiesThe ability to communicate effectivelyMust possess the desire to generate customer satisfactionImmaculate personal appearance is requiredMust have the ability to work in a pressurised environmentA confident, mature and professional approach is essentialMust possess a good eye for the finer detailMust have an enthusiastic disposition especially in regards to food, service standards and consistencyPossess a great personality and have a passion for hospitalityFluent EnglishLANGUAGESFluent in EnglishMust have existing and valid right to live and work in IrelandInterested in this great challenge Contact Beatrice @COREcruitment.com with your updated CV
