A Semi-Skilled Fitter is required at a well-established steel fabrication company based in Essex.Start Date: Immediate Start Contract Duration: 4 weeks, with potential for extension or permanent offer Hourly Rate: £22.A Semi-Skilled Fitter is required at a well-established steel fabrication company based in Essex.Start Date: Immediate Start Contract Duration: 4 weeks, with potential for extension or permanent offer Hourly Rate: £22.00 Working Hours: Site Hours: 07:30 - 16:00, with 2x15-minute paid tea breaks and 1x30-minute unpaid lunch breakHours Per Day: 8 hours Weekends/Overtime: Occasional overtime Responsibilities: Fabricate and weld structural and architectural metalwork components according to engineering drawings and specificationsAssist in the assembly and installation of fabricated componentsConduct quality inspections to ensure products meet industry standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlinesOperate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for fabrication and welding tasks Required Qualifications: Current fillet and butt weld tickets Please apply with your most up-to-date CV, and you will be contacted.
