The UK home energy market is fast-growing; our clients’ focus is to expand on solar panel and gas boiler installations and, in time, air source heat pumps and other services, as homeowners seek effective solutions to reduce energy costs and reduce environmental impact.The Role and Key Responsibilities Engage with customers who are interested in home energy solutionsOffer advice and provide materials to customersUsing a tablet to gather prospective customer information for our client to follow up withA typical week consists of shifts from Wednesday to Sunday from 11:30am to 7:30pmThese positions will be based in our clients’ store Person specification: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWell-presented and confident with dealing with peopleMethodical approach and keen attention to detailFlexible and reliablePrevious experience in retail or customer service desirable, although training will be provided The Package/ Benefits Colleagues will be offered a benefit called Wagestream, which enables colleagues to track, save and access up to 50 of their wages prior to pay day.
