This role involves significant interaction with service users and scheme visitors, requiring a professional, courteous, and sensitive approach to foster trust and confidence in our service.The Role The focus of this Scheme Manager role is provide a housing management and tenancy sustainment service to residents. This will include the following tasks and responsibilities: Deliver high-quality housing support services to ensure the wellbeing and independence of service users.Maintain and manage tenancies by encouraging service user involvement in relevant services.Interact professionally and confidentially with service users, visitors, and stakeholders to build a supportive community.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a quality service.Adapt to frequently changing circumstances and priorities while working independently on sheltered housing schemes. The Candidate To be considered for this Scheme Manager role, you will need prior experience in housing management, as well as the below: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact sensitively and confidentially with diverse service users.Ability to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.Commitment to promoting the health, safety, and wellbeing of service users, fostering their independence and involvement.
