About the role We are on the lookout for a motivated and adaptable Senior Content Marketing Manager who will lead our efforts in creating compelling content for our global audiences. You will lead the process to design, build and execute the content strategy, crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audiences and meets our business objectives. In this influential role, you will have full ownership of the strategy and delivery of our content initiatives, and will develop user acquisition strategies to engage and grow our subscribers. You'll work hand-in-hand with key business stakeholders, ensuring that our content not only meets but exceeds industry standards. What you will be doing: Establish and manage SEO activities, optimising content on our website Lead a content team of three employees and several freelancers, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging content across all sites Conduct content audits, identify gaps, run A/B tests, and optimise content to improve the customer journey and increase conversion and engagement metrics Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to drive traffic and increase subscriber count on teachervision and teachit Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, product requirements, competitor messaging, and customer challenges What you´ll need to succeed in this role: Able to demonstrate the commercial impact of the content strategies you have employed Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog Strong understanding of user acquisition tactics and subscription management Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational and communication skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
