A leading premium care home near Skipton is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join them as their Deputy Manager. Person specification : * ( Essential ) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN / RMHN).* ( Essential ) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs.* ( Essential ) Clinical leadership experience : e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team.
