Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Bias) Location: Hereford, Herefordshire Shifts Pattern: 4 on 4 off, alternating days and nights Salary: GBP43,000 : GBP45,000 basic + Additional Overtime OTE GBP50k + The Company: My client, an established plastic manufacturing company, is seeking a competent multi:skilled maintenance engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. They are a 40 year old family run business who work very closely together and each play a massive part in the improvement and maintenance of the site. They are a multi:skilled experienced team of professional engineers with a variety of backgrounds and different level skills set so not only will you be able to learn but you will also need to assist with training of the junior members / apprentices. You should have a can do attitude, a professional attitude, be able to show initiative and enjoy challenging yourself. Furthermore, you should be a team player, show ambition to progress your career with this multinational site company and be comfortable with working on an industrial site. Requirements: * Several years experience as an industrial multiskilled engineer handling both planned and reactive maintenance. * Experience working within electrical and mechanical faults particularly production / manufacturing equipment such as hydraulics, controls / plc fault finding, pumps and three phase motors, packaging machinery, Allen Bradley / Siemens automated control systems. * Previous experience with injection moulding or plastic manufacturing (Prefered) * Hold an NVQ level 3 or above in electrical/mechanical engineering. * Experience with electrical systems and circuits and be able to read both electrical and mechanical drawings. * A positive and resilient approach to problem solving, team working, and continuous * improvement * Willingness to further skill set and complete necessary training and progress through the companys unique grading system.
