The company supplies to some of the largest companies worldwide and is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria . Responsibilities include: * Drive operational excellence by developing and refining manufacturing processes to ensure high:quality products and efficient operations. * Collaborate with cross:functional teams to design and implement process improvements that boost productivity and reduce costs. * Leverage lean manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate waste, driving continuous improvement and innovation. * Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards. * Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to build a collaborative and effective network. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: * Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering or related field with a strong foundation in process engineering principles. * Significant experience in process engineering, with a track record of successfully optimizing manufacturing processes and driving operational improvements. * Excellent knowledge and implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem:solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast:paced environment. * Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and challenges in a dynamic industry.
