Site HR ManagerErith GBP 45,000 : GBP 55,000 A leading Manufacturing business has a requirement for a Site HR Manager to join at a highly exciting time for the organisation. Based from one of the more complex facilities, the Site HR Manager will oversee the delivery of a generalist HR service to a workforce of c250 employees. Overseeing a HR Advisor, and forming part of the site Leadership Team, the Site HR Manager will be responsible for dealing with high level and complex HR, ER and IR issues including Union engagement and management, as well as ensuring the group HR strategy is delivered at a local level. Within the business there is a hunger that the incoming Site HR Manager provides a Business Partnering service to key stakeholders, providing advice, guidance, education and support across all aspects of the HR lifecycle. To be considered for this role you will be: - An experienced and capable HR Generalist- Experienced in team management- Able to be on site 5 days per week (there is no hybrid work offering)- Able to utilise your skills and experience that will have been gained within a previous manufacturing environment- Experienced in dealing with Trade Unions If this role is of interest Apply to Matt Greenberg at quoting job reference
