* Title: Site Based Maintenance Electrician * Location: Sunderland * Contract: Full time, permanent * Salary: GBP38,000 per annum plus company van * Hours: Monday to Friday. Weekly alternating rota: 1 week 7am to 3.30pm, following week 11am to 7.30pm Package: * 21 days annual holiday plus 8 bank holidays * Loads of overtime available * An optional oncall rota * Ovetime rate of time and a half saturday and double time sunday * Very multi:skilled role fabric duties included Main Duties: * Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns. * Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution. * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs. * Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations. * Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times. Requirements: * Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds). * 18th edition city and guilds * Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting. * Strong problem:solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work shift patterns as required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
