Staff Nurse (RNLD/RMN) Location East Riding of Yorkshire Salary A GBP 31,900 : A GBP 34,227 Hours 40 Vacancy Type Permanent : Part Time or Full Time Our clients hospital is a CQC registered independent hospital whose goal is to provide person:centred, recovery:focused care and treatment for males who experience mental illness. This purpose:built hospital is an open service with the ability to lock the door to maintain service user safety. It can accommodate up to 15 individuals as they progress from admission to living semi independently in the flat scheme within the hospital and finally to the residential service upon discharge. As a Staff Nurse, you will work as part of a Multi:Disciplinary Team providing a service that positively promotes recovery and independence. You will provide direct support to ensure that individuals are progressing towards their goals of community integration, strengthened daily living skills and improved insight into mental health and risk factors. We are looking for nurses who are motivated to work in a service that prides itself on providing person:centred and individualised care pathways. People who are confident in their ability to support someone in their recovery and work with the team to achieve their goals. You will be flexible, caring and supportive, sharing values that put the service user first, and be keen to contribute to service development. We would like to hear from qualified mental health or learning disability nurses who are able to work collaboratively within an MDT to deliver high:quality, person:centred care, have the drive to work with individuals to achieve the best outcomes for them and be a positive role model and mentor for junior members of the team.
