Randstad C and P are seeking a dedicated and skilled Static Maintenance Electrician to join our clients team on a large commercial property in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable, long:term position with a competitive salary and shift work that provides a balanced lifestyle. Benefits: * Competitive salary of up to GBP37,500 per annum * Shift work on an 8 week rota: * Shifts are 12 hours each (7am:7pm or 7pm:7am). * 4 days on and 3 days off * 23 days holiday including bank holidays. * Opportunities for career development and progression. * Overtime opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns. * Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution. * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs. * Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations. * Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times. Requirements: * Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds). * 18th edition City and Guilds. * Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting. * Strong problem:solving skills and attention to detail. * Flexibility to work shift patterns as required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
