We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Landscaper to join our dynamic team on a full:time, contract basis. As a Gardner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our outdoor spaces are well:maintained and visually appealing. If you have a passion for grounds maintenance and take pride in creating inviting landscapes, we invite you . Key Responsibilities: 1 Grounds Maintenance: Perform a range of grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and planting to maintain the overall appearance of outdoor spaces. 2 Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers to ensure optimal performance. 3 Landscape Enhancement: Contribute to the improvement and enhancement of landscapes through planting, mulching, and other landscaping activities. 4 Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify and address any issues related to plant health, safety hazards, or general maintenance needs. 5 Seasonal Activities: Assist in seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf clearance, and other weather:related activities as required. Requirements: * Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field. * Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment. * Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. * Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions. * Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
