Static Maintenance Electrician

Randstad C and P are looking for an experienced and motivated Static Maintenance Electrician to join our client team, responsible for maintaining a large commercial property in Sunderland. This role offers a competitive salary, substantial overtime opportunities, and the chance to work within a dynamic and supportive environment. Benefits: * Competitive salary of GBP38,000 per annum * Comprehensive training and development programs * Supportive and collaborative working environment * Day Shifts: 7:00 AM : 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM : 7:30 PM * Regular overtime opportunities available * 28 days annual holidays including bank holidays Key Responsibilities: * Perform both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment. * Diagnose and repair electrical issues promptly and efficiently to minimise downtime. * Ensure all electrical work complies with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. * Complete necessary documentation and reports following maintenance activities. * Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a commercial setting. * Up:to:date knowledge and certification in the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. * NVQ level 3/ City and Guilds or equivalent. * Strong troubleshooting and problem:solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
