They are seeking a passionate Senior Architectural technician to join their social team in Cambridge. The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have post qualification experience working on a range of projects being well versed in Revit with an innovative approach to design and strong technical abilities. Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician: * Working towards MCIAT/ already achieved it * Degree or HND in Architectural Technology or related subject * Extensive post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice * Proficiency in Revit and other industry standard software * Capable at producing high quality technical drawings * Experience working across multiple sectors including mixed use, residential and education * Boast excellent technical abilities * Thorough knowledge of UK Building regulations * Creative design approach * Keen to input to company growth * Job running experience * Positive proactive attitude * Work well both independently and in a team * Driven to continue professional development * Passionate about incorporating sustainability * Ideally experience in the conservation sector * Live locally to Cambridge Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
