Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Architect: * Extensive experience post qualification * Hold both ARB and RIBA accreditations * Passion for heritage and conservation with a proven track working on these projects * Strong design and technical knowledge * Attentiveness to detail * Proficiency in Revit and BIM * Positive and driven attitude * Experience leading and developing a team * Excellence communication and interpersonal skills * Boast creativity and design flare * Job running experience * Experience with financial aspects and budgeting of projects * Live locally to the Manchester area * Proactive to continue progression * Keen to continue development achieving further conservation awards Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
