A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our Client based near Enfield, East London. This 18:month old setting is growing rapidly They are seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner and Room Leader to help support the growth they are seeing This tight knit team are seeking the right person for them The setting is on half an acre of lush green land with views spanning the countryside Main Responsibilities; * Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS* Manging a small team of 2:3 other staff members* Be able to implement the EYFS in to activities* Build strong relationships with the team, the children and parents/carers * To understand the importance of assessment, and ensure all children receive the statutory progress checks required.* To maintain records of your key childrens development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers and other professionals.* To be involved in out of working hours activities, e.g. training, staff meetings, etc The successful candidate can look forward to a competitive rate of pay, in house development and real scope for progression As well as working in a calm environment where staff are the priority If this sounds like the type of role you have been looking for then apply today Alternatively email your most up:to:date CV to
