Position Overview: We are seeking a hands on Spray Shop Manager with a passion for spray painting, a commitment to quality, and a readiness to lead in a dynamic, team:oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: * Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations with an emphasis on efficiency and timely completion of projects. * Guarantee Quality: Maintain the highest standards of spray painting quality to achieve complete client satisfaction. * Maintenance Oversight: Ensure regular maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of painting equipment to maintain optimal performance. * Inventory Mastery: Manage inventory levels and procure supplies cost:effectively. * Team Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous learning. * Safety First: Model and enforce stringent safety protocols. * Customer Engagement: Develop and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring their visions are realized to their fullest satisfaction. * Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations, integrating best practices into daily operations. * Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets and costs to enhance shop profitability. * Documentation Expertise: Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports as necessary. Qualifications: * Minimum of 6 years managerial experience in spray painting or a related field. * Proven proficiency in spray painting techniques and equipment. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong financial management capabilities, with a focus on budgeting and cost control. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently. * Demonstrated problem:solving and decision:making skills. * Commitment to customer satisfaction. * Relevant industry certifications are considered an asset.
