Job PurposeThis is an Internship position providing you with experience working in a fast:paced, industry leading pet:food manufacturer. In the role you will be a key player supporting the Pets at Home, Jollyes, Wholesalers and eCommerce Customer Development Teams with their responsibilities to deliver Share, Net Sales, Volume, Gross to net and margin targets. You will become a critical player in the team to create business recommendations from insights, strengthen the relationship with our customer and achieve our objectives. What you will do:Customers :Provide key analysis and insights from sales analytics back to the Hills Ecommerce team and customers.:Building Internal and external relationships, networks within the retailers, driving engagement and optimizing business plans. You will also be the key point of contact for the customers and become a product expert.:Provide general support to the Ecommerce Customer Development team, Supporting in the below tasks::Build category analysis and insight to support KAMs identify key areas of growth within ecommerce accounts.:Support with ROI analysis for promotions and events/media run with Retailers and provide future recommendations.:Identify gaps across the Digital 6Ps+A and make recommendations to close them.:Tailor New line forms to our customer needs,share content for NPD across all ecommerce accounts as well as audit/track new launches.:Audit our own and competition activation across all ecommerce platforms to help identify gaps and opportunities.:Assist with Account Admin e.g. Invoices, Data manipulation, Promotional Nominations, Price Files, briefing media assets etc.Teamwork: :Attend internal meetings as and when required:Excellent communication to lead and manage ad hoc projects across the team:Attend customer meetings as and when required:Working cross functionally with CD, Marketing, Finance, customer service and logistic teams to deliver growth:Attend Trade Shows and key Consumer shows as and when requiredTravel Requirements :May be required to visit customers or attend events across the UK with Science Plan brand marketi
