Claims Director (P and I / FD and D) : London : GBP110,000 : GBP120,000+ An opportunity has arisen with a leading P and I club in London for a Solicitor to join their Claims team to take the lead on a wide range of P and I and FD and D matters on behalf of their members, which include both owners and charterers. The successful candidate will be a UK qualified shipping solicitor with relevant experience in both P and I Claim and FD and D matters such as charterparty/ BOL disputes, laytime and demurrage claims and sanctions. The club will consider a range of backgrounds, from working for a P and I club, a law firm or in:house within a shipping company. An excellent package is available for the successful applicant.
