A well-respected, global real estate consultancy are looking for a Principal or Associate Heritage Consultant to join their team in Leeds. They advise on a full range of planning processes across built heritage and archaeology and you would be joining and developing a growing team. Responsibilities: * Identifying and analysing built heritage issues to inform planning strategies * Producing heritage assessments and statements of significance * Appearing as an expert witness at public enquiries * Engagement with local planning authorities and other consultees throughout the pre-application and application process Requirements: * Specialism in built heritage * Demonstrable experience in EIA and Environmental Scoping * Understanding of laws and legislations relating to heritage and the planning process They offer a generous salary plus car allowance and bonus scheme as well as hybrid and flexible working.
