Follow @JNJVision on Twitter and Johnson & Johnson Vision on LinkedIn. The EMEA Vision IBP and Program Manager - Leads the IBP process maturity by influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment. Administers the internal IBP plan and matures processes and procedures that support business goals. Responsibilities: * Supports cross functional collaboration to drive the 5 steps of the S&OP/ IBP process (Portfolio Management Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Integrated Reconciliation, and Management Business Review), through financial integration, focusing on demand plan valorization, inventory management and overall business target setting. * Communicates with key stakeholders to identify and address client needs in a collaborative approach. * Evaluates improvement efforts to increase Integrated Business Planning (IBP) maturity. * Acts independently to facilitate programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance efficient Integrated Business Planning initiatives, with focus on: * SV and CL Overall IBP process integration * Portfolio Management Review. * Works to achieve operational, functional, and business targets with measurable impact on results for the Integrated Business Planning area. * Conducts advanced analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's supply chain strategy. * Drives disruption to business models using emerging technologies whilst removing roadblocks and enabling strategic risk taking. * Communicates strategically to highlight initiatives, activities, and achievements that bring positive visibility to the organization. * Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes and provides functional (matrix) supervision. * Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making. * Establish and coordinate PMO activities for key Regional Supply Chain strategic projects and programs. * Lead Regional Supply Chain projects when required. #LI-CM4 #INDJP Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. * 10 years of relevant experience * Advanced understanding of IBP - Oliver Wight certified. * Strong business acumen. Understanding the business; portfolio, markets, customers, challenges, and demands. * End-to-end supply chain understanding, with solid financial understanding. * Articulating a vision, engaging, and mobilizing employees around that vision, and delivering superior value. * Ability to drive innovation, prioritize and collaborate in a heavily matrixed environment. * APICS or IBF certification preferred. * A professional certification in PMP, Agile / Scrum, Lean and / or Six Sigma and demonstrated relevant experience in large scale projects/programs will be advantageous. * Project management experience Other: * This position will have about 10% Domestic/International travel.
