This is an exciting time to join the business as they are recruiting due to a consistent flow of work and strong pipeline within the Residential Conveyancing department. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be working your own high-quality property caseload from inception to completion on matters such as: Sales & purchaseRe-mortgage casesTransfers of equityRight to buyNew BuildsShared ownership schemesLease extensions The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancer role will ideally have at least 2 years’ previous experience with Residential Property law, has excellent client care skills and is looking to establish themselves within a supportive team.
