This is a permanent opportunity, working within a friendly, supportive team. The ideal role for someone looking to take the next step in the health and social care career. Location: SwindonSalary: £29,270 OTEHours: 40hrs per week + out of hours shared on call service Office hours Monday-Friday 08:30am -17:00pm. Flexibility in hours may be required to meet the need of the businessDuties can include: Allocation of care workers to customer visits using effective rostering, ensuring continuity of care and considering locations, skills required.Communicating regularly with care workers, providing guidance and resolving queries in a timely mannerLiaison with other healthcare professionalsEnsure all paperwork is completed and entered onto relevant systemsMaintain integrity when dealing with confidential mattersApproach clients with understanding and empathy, remembering that each client is to be treated as an individual Essential for role: Experience of working in health and social care within a community-based setting would be preferableBe computer literate and have good office skillsBe Honest, Caring, Non-judgemental and to act with Kindness and RespectBe organised and work calmly under high pressure Desirable: Health and social care qualifications NVQ 2/3 or aboveValid driving licence with access to a car In return we offer: Excellent training and supportAccess to Blue Light Card discount schemeMotor maintenance discount with a local garage28 days annual leave entitlement inclusive of public holidaysAccess to Employee assistance programme with Health Assured.Free onsite parkingWorkplace pension with NestRefer a friend scheme If you apply for this role and aren’t suitable a member of our team may direct you to a different role.
