The Role: As a Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all repairs. Responsibilities: Supervise the prep centre operations. Maximise efficiency and ensure deadlines are met. Handle audit, health and safety, and compliance duties. Ensure outstanding repairs with a first-time fix rate. Requirements: Previous experience working in a similar role. Experience working in a Bodyshop or Aftersales environment. Background in a customer-facing or managerial role. Strong organisational and Microsoft Office skills. Valid UK driving licence.
