Role: Head of Marketing 12 Month FTCSalary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Car allowance / travelHead of Marketing needed for beautiful hotel groupI am currently looking for a Head of Marketing for a beautiful hotel group spread across the UK countryside. You will be passionate about all things marketing and come from a hospitality background.This role is mainly home-based with travel to sites / head office required.Key Responsibilities:Lead the conception, development and implementation of marketing plan and strategy to drive awareness, consideration and drive interest and sales in line with brand propositionsWork closely with key stakeholders, creative and key agencies to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing salesWorking closely with key stakeholders for optimising pricing within the businessLead evolution and execution of food, drink, rooms and key date offer to maximise both customer experience and salesDevelop and execute the annual marketing planResponsible for planning, coordinating and executing launch plans and onward marketing activity plans for new sitesCo-ordinate overall printed and digital media, developing company brand specsLead social media presence and activity, developing initiatives to drive engagementDevelopment of brand-level initiatives, including brand guidelines, PR campaigns, and social engagementDevelop major programs of activity in conjunction with digital marketing team to further grow the brandContribute to positive growth of internal communication strategiesIf you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to abbie@Corecruitment.comDue to high numbers of applicants, we aren’t always able to provide feedback, if you do not hear from us in 2 weeks’ time, please assume you have not been successful.
