The Role: As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will assist or lead residential and commercial projects from feasibility to completion. Responsibilities: Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 Residential Surveys and Valuations. Visit properties, produce professional reports, and liaise with clients and vendors. Produce detailed Specifications/Schedule of Works. Use AutoCAD to create plans. Act as Contract Administrator or Principal Designer working to CDM regulations. Manage Planning Applications and projects on behalf of clients. Requirements: Previously worked as a Building Surveyor in a similar role. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Possess MRICS qualification with industry experience. Skilled with AutoCAD. Strong literacy and report writing skills. Experience in Party Wall and Boundary Disputes would be considered.
