Your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.Supporting clients in developing independence and life skills.Facilitating social and community integration.Implementing personalised care plans and documenting progress.Responding to the unique needs of each client with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily living activities.Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.Collaborate with other team members and external professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Maintain accurate records and documentation as required. Requirements: Previous experience in a Support Worker roleExperience working with individuals with learning disabilities is desirableA compassionate and patient demeanour.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work on an adhoc basisRelevant qualifications in health and social care are an advantage.
