About the Role:They are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join their existing team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a strong team culture, where high morale and exceptional customer service are at the forefront. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment where team morale and culture are paramountDevelop and implement training programs and initiatives to support the ongoing professional development of team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their rolesChampion a customer-centric approach to service delivery, ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized in all interactions and that the team is empowered to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectationsOversee the management of our clients’ IT infrastructure and services, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively, and that service levels meet or exceed client expectationsCollaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals, providing strategic guidance and recommending technology solutions that align with their objectivesStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for service enhancements and innovations that will benefit both our clients and our team Job Experience Required: Proven experience in a similar role within the IT services industry, with a track record of successfully managing and growing a team of tech professionalsStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and build strong client relationshipsExperience in developing and implementing training programs and initiatives to support team development and enhance customer service skillsTechnical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems administration, with proficiency in networking, security, and cloud technologiesEssential experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and VeeamRelevant certifications e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft are desirable Renumeration and Benefits: Competitive salary: £40,000 to £50,000 based on experience and qualificationsCompany benefits package, including pension schemeOpportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing organisation
