Your main responsibilities will include providing advice to management, supporting applicants, and working on process improvements to reduce backlog.Key Responsibilities Triage Applications: Evaluate RAMP applications and determine the best course of action.Provide Guidance: Advise individuals and managers to complete RAMP processes effectively.Referral Management: Refer complex cases to the RAMP Advisor, Manager, or other assessors as needed.Process Support: Assist in the reduction of backlog and contribute to process redesign.Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly meetings to discuss cases and share knowledge.Tool Utilisation: Support the launch and analysis of QuickScan and QuickScreen tools. Essential Skills IT Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.Legislative Knowledge: Understanding of the Equality Act and reasonable adjustments.Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to handle sensitive situations with empathy.HR Experience: Background in generalist HR functions and inter-departmental collaboration.
