We are seeking a skilled and dedicated joiner to join our dynamic repairs and maintenance team for a 3:month contract. Our client, a well:respected social housing provider, is based in Seaham and is committed to delivering high:quality service to their residents. This role involves a variety of joinery tasks, including occasional floor replacement jobs. Key Responsibilities: * Perform a wide range of joinery tasks within social housing properties. * Address repairs and maintenance issues efficiently and effectively. * Undertake occasional floor replacement projects. * Ensure all work meets the highest standards of safety and quality. * Communicate effectively with tenants and other team members. * Maintain and care for a company:provided van and tools. Requirements: * Proven experience as a joiner, preferably within a social housing environment. * Valid CSCS card. * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent within the trade. * Strong skills in various joinery techniques and tasks. * Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. * Excellent problem:solving abilities and attention to detail. * Full UK drivers licence. * Commitment to providing excellent customer service. * Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks as needed.
