The Role: Property SurveyorLocation: Birmingham + nationwide travelSalary: Up to A GBP 45,000 pa + car/car allowanceSector: Property / Leisure About the company:Our fantastic client is well known within the competitive socialising industry and specifically known for their stylish venues across the UK. As a Property Surveyor you will be joining our clients team to help manage the day:to:day management and development of the companys property portfolio. About the role:As Property Surveyor you will report directly into the Property Director and Head of Projects and act as a team leader managingthe leasehold estate. This role includes business rates, service charges, rent reviews and liaising with landlords.
