Join our Hull:based night shift team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support. As a Team Leader, you will guide and inspire Support Workers, ensuring our service users receive the best person:centered care. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Supervise: * Mentor and manage a dedicated team of Support Workers.* Spearhead recruitment, training, and team development initiatives. Engage Stakeholders: * Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.* Represent the organization at external meetings and events, enhancing our reputation. Drive Operational Excellence: * Oversee medication management, staff scheduling, and financial controls.* Maintain resources in top condition and ensure accurate record:keeping. Advocate for Service Users: * Empower service users to make choices and achieve their goals.* Assist them in accessing community resources and maintaining their support networks. Ensure Quality and Compliance: * Lead quality audits and uphold health and safety standards.* Keep support plans and risk assessments up:to:date. What You Bring: * Leadership: Proven ability to develop and manage high:performing teams.* Communication: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships.* Operational Acumen: Strong proficiency in managing daily operations efficiently.* Commitment: Passionate about empowering service users and meeting their needs.* Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of compliance and quality assurance. Essential Qualifications: * NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.* Previous experience in a care setting.* Knowledge of care standards, health and safety, and food hygiene regulations.* Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and prioritize workload effectively.* Customer:focused approach with a professional attitude. Additional Desired Skills: * Experience in managing and administering medication.* Skill in rota planning and staff scheduling.* Proven leadership abilities, including managing and developing staff through formal supervisions.
