If you thrive in a fast:paced environment and have a track record of driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager * Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.* Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.* Manage inventory, orders, and stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste.* Implement and maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.* Analyse sales data and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.* Develop and execute promotional activities to boost store performance.
