Randstad C and P are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to join various exciting highways and civils projects for a specialist groundworks and frames subcontractor in and around the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area The role can offer a great salary with an advantageous benefits scheme, a clear progression path, and the opportunity to deliver high profile civil engineering schemes. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting with managing projects (programme, H and S, quality) * Daily liaison with clients * Daily liaison with site foreman * Assisting resolving daily project issues * Liasing with QS * RAMS * Lift plans * Project programmes * Lookahead programmes * ITPs * Monitoring site progress * Meetings * Resource management Qualifications: * Bachelors degree or equivalent (HNC, etc.) in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on highways, 278 works, and infrastructure upgrades. * Proficient in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). * Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects. * In:depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
