Care Assistants / Team Leaders Location : Newport Pagnell, MK16 9ES Salary: A GBP 11.44 : A GBP 14 per hour (Depending on experience) Hours: Full Time and Part Time, days, or nights (Willing to work alternate weekends) Applicants must have their own transport. *The company are unable to take on sponsorships at this time* Job Summary Our clients are recruiting for Care Assistants / Team Leaders for their small family run care home with a unique home from home environment where they support and care for 35 elderly residents. They are looking for passionate individuals to join the team, who will endeavour to put their residents at the heart of everything they do. Team leaders will in addition lead a small team to ensure the shift is running smoothly and residents have their needs met including the administration of medication.
