HVAP FM Supervisor
Description:
Position: HVAP Supervisor Salary: GBP55,000 Location: Canary Wharf Monday : Friday: 8am : 5pm + overtime + benefits As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations on site. You will have the opportunity to work run your own site and develop your FM skill set. Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage the maintenance on your dedicated site * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. * Monitor the performance of on:site staff, providing guidance and support as needed. * Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and maintain excellent relationships. * Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or operational issues promptly. * Prepare reports on site activities, including progress, performance, and budgetary information. * Implement and enforce quality control measures to consistently deliver high:quality services. * Manage and schedule resources efficiently, including staff, equipment, and materials. Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the facility management industry. * Previous experience on high end commercial or critical sites * MUST BE HVAP * Electrical background (e.g. City and Guild 236, 2330 or any equivalent qualification) * Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * In:depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and facility management best practices. * Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast:paced environment. * Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to facility management. * A proactive approach to problem:solving and a keen eye for detail. * Relevant certifications or qualifications in facility management or a related field are desirable.
