Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer seeking a dynamic role in City of London? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading facilities management company, working on a static basis across London and the surrounding areas. Role:As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining electrical across a range of sites including offices, museums, libraries, and more. This role offers a Monday to Friday. Benefits: * Salary: GBP45,000 per annum * Holiday Allowance: 25 days annual leave, plus 8 days bank holidays * Pension Key Responsibilities: * Emergency Light Testing * Fire Alarm Testing * UPS * Chillers * Heat Exchangers * Calorifiers * Boilers * AHUs/FCUs * Distribution Boards * Circuit Breakers * Transformers * Generator Testing * Electrical Fault Finding * Emergency Light Testing * Fire Alarm Testing * Sprinkler Testing * BMS readings Qualifications and Skills: * C and G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent) * 18th Edition OR 17th Edition * Experience in building services maintenance : Ideally within commercial office environment * Full UK driving license Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
